This is the look of an excited little boy as we waited for the Space Shuttle Discovery to blast off. He was glued to the TV for the greater part of the day....
And BLAST OFF! We always watch on TV the first 5 seconds or so and then run outside to watch the rest. Unfortunately it was pretty cloudy so you could barely catch a glimpse of it. So we came back inside and watched the replay over and over and over....except that Sebastian kept thinking it was happening again for real! Tough to explain.... =)
Since they wanted to be outside and it was a pretty windy day we decided to fly our kite. Both the boys really loved it - I don't think we've had the kite out since last fall in New York!
Matteo also is loving frisbee. I throw, he runs and brings it back. I know it's like a dog game, but he cracks up the whole time and it's good exercise, so why not!
My poor sick boy - the first time he has really been sick and he came down with bronchitis and a few weeks later an ear infection. Luckily he was able to tell us he didn't feel well and we were able to take him to the doctor to start meds pretty quick. He is all better now though (this was about 2 weeks ago)!
