Here are the pictures from the rest of Sebastian's Science Camp last week. This week, on Monday morning as we went to get dressed for the day he was all excited wanting to go to camp and we spent the entire morning in a tantrum and fits because we didn't go to camp. I felt so bad for the poor guy...he really wanted to go back. He is going to be thrilled when he gets to go in the fall once a week!
Day 3 Theme - things that move in the water. They made tin foil boat and played with them in the water table filling them with little animals and marble to see how much they hold before they sink. I think all the kids could have done this all day and been happy, including Sebastian.
Another one of the boats he made. You pour water in the cup on top and it goes out through the straw that makes it go. Very fun!
Wearing his pasta train necklace.
Day 3 Theme - things that move in space. He made this fun rocket, a star, and they used film canisters with vinegar and alka seltzer to set off mini-rockets outside.
Playing on the cool see-saw.
On the last day, Daddy got to take Sebastian to camp. He was very happy with his special day with Daddy. Here he is learning how things move with air - a balloon on a string.
Relay races.
Playing in the ball pit at the museum during the field trip to the science center.
With his teacher Miss Julia. He was always flirting with her.
On the last day, Daddy took him to McDonalds as a special treat. We can't wait until the fall and next summer so we can try another type of summer camp!
