Day at Disney World's Magic Kingdom

We haven't been back to the Disney Parks in over a year, so we were excited to see how the boys would enjoy it this time. With them being so young, every time is such a different experience for them. We are so blessed to have wonderful friends that gift us with the chance to take our family. Thanks Jen and Bil, we really appreciate it!

We left Melbourne early in the morning to get there as the park opened and on our way up to the monorail, Sebastian was all smiles and excitement and Matteo was very skeptical of all the commotion...

Titi and Angelica had "Give a Day, Get a Day" tickets so they went too. You can just see Sebastian's excitement! The monorail is seriously on his top 5 favorite things at Disney, I'm pretty sure!

Matteo was very excited about the Mouse (he loves Mickey), but not letting go of Daddy for anything.

You can see the bewilderment on his little face, so cute and funny!

And for Sebastian, you could taste the excitement! He was especially excited to be there with his Angelica.

At Magic Kingdom! I love going during the Christmas season to get in the spirit of celebrating. They always have great lights and decorations - although this year, their big Christmas tree was missing?! Not sure what that was about...

Matteo did NOT like his first ride, Winnie the Pooh. Poor guy. He kept saying "all done, all done!"

Waiting in line to ride Dumbo.

He was okay with this as long as they stayed down low.

Again, Matteo was not so thrilled. Poor guy.

We decided to do something a bit easier for our next ride. It's a Small World. Sebastian really enjoyed it and Matteo was much calmer, but also tired by this point.

So he just fell asleep....sweet boy.

Sebastian really liked the carousel. A favorite.

He loved riding the train around the park.

Once Matteo woke up, he had fun playing in Mickey's play land. Sebastian and Angelica rode the mini-roller coaster, which he really liked.

We rode the barge boat to Tom Sawyer Island. Both boys had fun exploring the trails and Sebastian said, "this is just like hiking!" Yes, very expensive hiking.

They also LOVED the Swiss Family Robinson Tree House. I haven't been in that thing for years, but little kids love stairs and that tree house is all climbing so the had tons of fun. The also loved watching the water wheel go around with the little buckets.

Waiting for the parade to start. My baby is looking so big! Even if he still is a little guy (he only weighs like 23 pounds!).

Matteo LOVED the parade. He was dancing and bouncing in my arms the whole time.

He spent the whole time either pointing or clapping too. It was adorable.

Sebastian was a bit more serious, but I think he liked it too.

Rare family picture with everyone smiling!

Brothers. This is when it's fun and cute to have a side-by-side double stroller.

And when big brother smothers little brother is when that side-by-side is not so great.... =)

Magic Kingdom all lit up!

We hopped over to Epcot to see some more lights really quick before we had to get back to Magic Kingdom to see the Main Street Electrical Parade. They loved the big ball!

Yes, that is my child eating cotton candy. Oh my. I would have NEVER allowed this with my first. But, well - Matteo has a major sweet tooth, it was 5 till 9pm at this point and I wanted him to see that light parade, darn it! I had to keep him awake, even if it meant giving him cotton candy! Oy....

Group picture at the end of our evening!

Two tired, but happy boys. And parents for that matter!

Goodnight! =)
